Often people think that they have to stick with one certain therapist or one certain type of therapy, but that is just not true.

Therapy is a very personal experience and it is the one time that you get to be selfish and do what works best for you. Maybe you want online therapy or EMDR - you get to choose that. Insurance does put some limitations on therapy, but if you do not like those - you are always welcome to forgo using insurance. That does cost a bit more, but sometimes it is worth it. However, most insurances cover the therapies we offer.
